In this role, you will own day-to-day human resources operations, drive the implementation of scalable HR processes, and ensure compliance across all employment, safety, and regulatory frameworks specific to the construction industry. Key Responsibilities

Process Implementation:
Design, roll out, and optimize standardized HR workflows, onboarding procedures, and performance management cycles across field and office personnel.

Compliance & Legal:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
•
Workers' Compensation & Unemployment:
Manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate injury response protocols, handle unemployment claims and hearings, and collaborate closely with the safety team to maintain OSHA compliance and promote a safe job site culture.

Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, coaching, and policy guidance.

Payroll Collaboration:
Work closely with the Payroll Manager and payroll team to ensure accurate wage processing, audit time-and-attendance data, and resolve discrepancies utilizing ADP .
•
HRIS Administration:
Manage personnel data, system updates, and user access within ADP to maintain accurate employee records and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements
•
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a dedicated HR emphasis.
•
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or trades industry.
•
Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with ADP and advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
•
Industry Knowledge:
Direct working knowledge of construction safety standards, state labor codes, and workers' compensation case management.
Certifications:
SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
credential strongly preferred.
Pay:
$70,500.00 - $79,000.00 per year
