We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our team. Bilingual in English and Russian is preferred. Purpose of the Position To provide efficient, accurate, and legally compliant HR administrative support by maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate employee onboarding and prepare all required new hire documentation. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records in BambooHR in compliance with federal, state, and company requirements. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and support for the company's 401(k) program. Process employee leave administration, maintain leave balances, review timecards, and coordinate payroll-related information with Accounting. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, employment verification, and other HR-related matters. Prepare employment-related documents, verification letters, and HR correspondence. Assist with HR compliance by maintaining required documentation and supporting audits, government inquiries, insurance requests, and legal documentation. Monitor employee licenses, certifications, work authorizations, and other required documents to ensure compliance. Maintain HR forms, templates, policies, and employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support HRIS administration by maintaining employee data, improving workflows, and generating HR reports. Assist with HR process improvements and support internal HR communications, announcements, and employee notifications. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience Required experience administering employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, COBRA, and 401(k) plans Working knowledge of employment laws and HR documentation requirements Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong communication and customer service skills English fluency required; Russian language skills are a plus
