Sr. HR Operations & Systems Analyst We have an immediate opening for a Sr. HR Operations & Systems Analyst who will serve as a key resource for HR systems, operations, and process improvement. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR operations and Paycom HCM platform. The Sr. HR Operations & Systems Analyst serves as a functional subject matter expert for HR processes, workflows, reporting, data integrity, and employee lifecycle activities. This role partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable, and user-focused solutions. Core Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for HR systems, processes, workflows, and employee lifecycle activities. Administer, maintain, and optimize the Paycom HCM platform, including workflows, system functionality, access, and enhancements. Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate resolution with Paycom, IT, Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, controls, scalability, and employee experience. Support HRIS implementations, integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes. Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system changes before implementation. Maintain HR data integrity through audits, validation, reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage ATS workflows, including requisitions, candidate workflows, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and user guides. Provide system training and support to HR team members, managers, and end users. Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to provide accurate HR information and recommend technology or process solutions that support business needs. Other related system and HR responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HRIS, HR technology, business analysis, or a related field. Hands-on HRIS experience; Paycom experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and the employee lifecycle. Experience with HRIS workflows, system testing, implementations, integrations, reporting, and process improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
