HR Coordinator

Description Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Coordinator to join our client's team in the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee and candidate experiences. The HR Coordinator will support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee support. This individual will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities + Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with scheduling logistics + Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational needs + Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and workforce planning across hospitality departments + Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and facilitating new hire orientation + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and applicant tracking systems + Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general support + Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and payroll support as needed + Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR-related events + Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations + Provide exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external candidates Requirements Qualifications + 1-3+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or administrative roles (hospitality experience preferred) + Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and leadership + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) + High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
