This vital role combines office management, team supervision, and HR responsibilities to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment. Your leadership will foster a positive office culture while managing day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, filing, calendar scheduling, and supply procurement to maintain an organized workspace. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities, ensuring effective communication and workflow across departments. Manage human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, handling confidential information, and supporting employee relations initiatives. Coordinate vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service providers to ensure seamless operations. Plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional development. Administer payroll processing using financial software like QuickBooks or similar platforms; handle bookkeeping and budgeting tasks accurately. Manage scheduling for executives and staff, optimize calendar management, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR practices while fostering a positive workplace culture focused on growth and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with spreadsheets and other organizational tools. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial platforms; basic bookkeeping knowledge is essential. Strong understanding of human resources processes including onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, and confidentiality handling. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of vendor management, event planning, calendar management, and office procedures. Prior experience in customer service or client communication is advantageous for fostering positive internal and external relationships.
