Onboarding Specialist Location:
Shafter, Delano, CA surrounding Areas.
Job Type:
Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This position is dedicated to onboarding new employees and ensuring all hiring documents are completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for collecting new hire paperwork, entering employee information into our systems, maintaining confidential records, and working closely with supervisors to ensure every employee is properly onboarded. Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires. Collect and review I-9s, W-4s, and all required hiring documents. Enter employee information into employee software datatbase accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized and confidential employee records. Ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant before employees begin work. Travel to job sites when needed to collect employee information or assist with onboarding. Assist employees with onboarding questions and paperwork. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience using Datatech and/or Picktrace is a plus, but not required. Previous expierience in onboarding, HR payroll, or administrative support. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong computer and data entry skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We're Looking for Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
