Senior HR Generalist:
Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.- Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Administer HR programs, including benefits, training, and employee development.
