$85,000-110,000

Senior HR Generalist:
Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Administer HR programs, including benefits, training, and employee development. Investigate and resolve employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy violations. Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy. Qualifications for the
Senior HR Generalist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred. Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements. Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and performance management. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
