- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred) OR Four years of progressively responsible human resources experience, recruitment, personnel systems, data analysis, labor relations support, or related work.
- Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, HR systems, recordkeeping, and employment laws.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurability.
- Successful fingerprint/background clearance and TB clearance
- Two(2) Letters of Recommendation A completed Employment Application.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO A FUTURE EXAMINATION A PASSING SCORE IS REQUIRED ON THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION. EXAMS ARE COMPUTERIZED AND WILL BE HELD AT DISTRICT OFFICE IN 29 PALMS.
