Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with strong Leave of Absence administration experience for a direct hire opportunity in Upland, CA. This role is ideal for an organized HR professional who enjoys high-volume administrative work, accurate documentation, and supporting employees through FMLA, ADA, and related leave processes. This position supports a large California-based operation with approximately 1,000 employees across multiple locations, including a strong presence in the Inland Empire. The work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and connected to essential industrial, construction, trucking, plant, and operations teams. The HR team values accuracy, responsiveness, collaboration, and consistent employee support. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leave of absence documentation, including FMLA, ADA, and related employee paperwork.
  • Track, monitor, and update open leave cases across multiple California locations.
  • Maintain accurate benefits and absence records in UKG and related HR files.
  • Perform high-volume clerical, filing, and administrative HR support functions.
  • Help ensure compliance with leave timelines, documentation requirements, and related HR processes.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $52,000.00 to $72,800.00 per year.
