Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our human capital management efforts, ensuring seamless HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting strategic workforce planning. Your energetic approach will help us cultivate a thriving workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through effective talent acquisition, comprehensive training programs, and innovative HR solutions. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding through employee orientation programs. Handle day-to-day employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy. Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning activities aligned with organizational goals. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies related to employment law compliance, affirmative action planning, and organization design strategies. Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics using tools like Paychex, Kronos, or Dayforce to inform strategic planning and workforce management decisions. Facilitate change management processes during organizational restructuring or system upgrades (e.g., leveraging Workday or PeopleSoft), ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication across teams. Skills Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment & labor law regulations. Proven experience with HR sourcing strategies and recruiting techniques using ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo. Strong understanding of benefits administration systems including ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian for payroll processing and data entry accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations. Skilled in project management with a focus on training & development programs, organization design projects, and strategic workforce planning. Familiarity with OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and safety compliance protocols. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism in administrative tasks such as contracts management and data entry.
