is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Employment Processing Specialist in the Visalia, CA area to provide our customers with exceptional customer service.

Job Tasks:

• Entering new hire information into an excel sheet for our clients
• Auditing the new hire packets
• Making phone calls to employees for incomplete packets
• Communicating with employers about the statuses of the new hire packets
• Emailing customers
• Conducting orientations to employees during an on-boarding session

Requirements:

• Proper Writing, Reading, Grammar, and punctuation skills
• Basics MS Office skills
