In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding process and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to service initiation. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help build trust and foster long-lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing clear guidance throughout the onboarding process Collect, verify, and organize client information using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all health regulation policies and compliance standards are met during onboarding Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person to answer client inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm details Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, onboarding steps, and relevant health insurance information Support clients in understanding service options, care plans, and necessary paperwork while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, updating records, and managing client files efficiently Requirements Prior experience in medical office settings or healthcare administrative support is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with patient management software or EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of health regulation policies and medical terminology to ensure compliance and accurate communication Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically over the phone and in writing Experience with health insurance processes and maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and record keeping Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences that set the foundation for compassionate care!
