• Responsibilities
• + Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, workforce diversity, training,professional development, health & wellness, and HR special projects and general administrative functions + Assist with research, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives + Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives + Assist the HR team with planning and executing Denver District initiatives + Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation + Undertake research projects as needed + Other duties as assigned •Qualifications•+ Fluent in Spanish is preffered.

+ A desire to pursue a career in Human Resources working in the construction industry. + Ideal candidate will have previous work experience in an office environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities. + Detail oriented and thorough. + Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision. + Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs. + Must be authorized to work in the US

• PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position 18 years of age or older. + Available to work in Denver, CO, full time from May 18th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026. + Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
