Duties Help As a Human Resources Specialist, you will: Provide advice, guidance, and administrion to support and engage a productive workforce, reduce barriers or obstacles to employment and ensure high levels of accountability in performance and conduct by advising managers about approprie disciplinary or other corrective techniques th are responsive to a range of misconduct and performance problems.
