There are no limits to where you can take your career. Job Summary Join Our HR Team We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role provides day-to-day HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, training, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and strong customer service are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to build broad experience and grow their career in Human Resources. This is an entry level role for our department. Salary range is $70-85K. Job Responsibilities What You'll Do Recruiting Screen resumes and assist with candidate selection. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Coordinate pre-employment activities and requirements. Onboarding Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding activities. Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation. Process I-9 and E-Verify requirements. Create and maintain employee personnel files. Coordinate new hire orientation. Employee Administration Process employee status and employment changes. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records. Track attendance-related documentation. Respond to routine employee questions and provide HR support. Maintain and update organizational charts. Training & Development Assign required employee training. Track training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements. Coordinate classroom and instructor-led training. Maintain accurate Learning Management System (LMS) records. Generate training and compliance reports. Benefits Administration Assist employees with benefit enrollment and questions. Support annual open enrollment activities. Process qualifying life events and related documentation. Provide employees with timely and accurate benefits information. Leave Administration Assist employees with leave-related paperwork and documentation. Track leave documentation and maintain accurate records. Coordinate leave-related activities with the HR Business Partner. Maintain confidential leave records. HR Compliance Audit personnel files for accuracy and completeness. Maintain required workplace postings and documentation. Support internal and external HR audits. Ensure required employee documentation is complete and up to date. Employee Engagement Respond to routine employee HR questions and requests. Support employee recognition initiatives. Coordinate service award activities. Assist with employee events and engagement activities. Support HR communication initiatives. Job Qualifications What We're Looking For US Citizen Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR systems and technology. A customer-service mindset with a commitment to supporting employees and managers. Ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a team.
