Help Build the Next Generation of Agency Leaders We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent for growing insurance agencies across Connecticut. This is more than a recruiting position. You'll play a key role in helping agency owners build successful teams by finding exceptional sales professionals, office managers, and future agency leaders. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a direct impact on business growth, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with plenty of room to grow. What You'll Do Recruit top talent for insurance sales, leadership, and office management positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Develop recruiting strategies to attract high-performing professionals. Track recruiting activity using CRM and applicant tracking systems. Build relationships with both candidates and agency leaders throughout the hiring process. Represent the organization professionally at networking events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives when needed. Meet recruiting goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. What We're Looking For Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates daily. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple open positions at once. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms is a plus. CRM or applicant tracking system experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
