$30-$35/hour About the Opportunity Our client, a highly respected and growing organization, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources initiatives and day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills, a solid foundation in HR best practices, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives Assist with recruiting activities, interview coordination, and new hire integration Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies Support benefits administration and employee inquiries Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and workforce planning efforts Prepare HR reports, maintain personnel documentation, and manage confidential information Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special HR projects Help foster a positive, inclusive, and employee-focused work environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related role Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Ideal Candidate Relationship-driven HR professional who enjoys supporting employees at all levels Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and approachable with strong business acumen Passionate about creating a positive employee experience EB-1717140984
