Job Description
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, the HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at Wondr Nation. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring processes, administering benefits and leave, and ensuring the effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and smooth working environment. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in human resources or a related HR management role. Strong understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro UKG and performance management tools like Lattice. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to Wondr Nation's HRIS and performance management systems.
