Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst contract role located in Middletown, Connecticut for a 36‑week assignment. The position offers up to $70 per hour based on experience and includes comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Design behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Conduct assessments, analyze data, and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals to support student development Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and state regulations Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications:
BCBA license 1+ year of relevant experience Experience working in a school setting Proficiency in behavior analysis techniques Ability to work day shifts Strong communication and collaboration skills Background check compliance Flexibility with floating requirements Adherence to scheduling and facility policies
