Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a point of contact for employees and management, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment and questions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
Support initiatives related to workplace culture, engagement, and retention.
Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed.
