Job Description

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Required Experience:
  • Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus)
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Working knowledge of FLSA and other compensation-relevant laws and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive informationRequired Skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units.
  • Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives.
