Support employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations Administer employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities Manage and optimize Paycor Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and staffing needs Oversee performance review cycles, reporting, and system administration Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and HR metrics/reporting Qualifications for theHuman Resources Generalist:
