As the sole HR team member for the US division, you will have full ownership of the HR function, providing autonomy and significant potential for career growth into an HR Manager role. You will be instrumental in shaping a cohesive, collaborative workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.
