We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing operation in Delaware. This long-term contract position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR specialist who can balance employee support, compliance oversight, and day-to-day people operations in an onsite environment. The role will contribute across the full employee lifecycle while helping maintain accurate records, consistent policies, and effective recruiting coordination.

Responsibilities:

Guide employees and supervisors on workplace matters, helping address concerns fairly and in alignment with company policies and employment standards. Maintain accurate HR records and monitor personnel data to support reporting, audits, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Manage key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding activities. Support hiring efforts by coordinating recruitment activities, communicating with candidates, and assisting with selection processes for operational roles. Review HR procedures and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and employee experience. Administer HR programs and assist with benefits-related activities while ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. Use HRIS and Microsoft-based tools to organize information, track actions, and support daily HR administration. Partner with HR leadership and onsite stakeholders to ensure policies are applied consistently across the workforce. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Previous experience in an HR Generalist or closely related human resources role is preferred. Demonstrated strength in employee relations and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through on multiple priorities. Experience supporting onboarding, HR administration, and benefits-related processes. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with enterprise HR systems is a strong advantage.
