8/19/2026 HR Generalist (BF) New Castle, DE (onsite) The Human Resources Generalist will support daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration. This role partners with employees and leadership to help maintain a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes. Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and attendance. Assist with employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management documentation. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Support payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, and HRIS updates. Prepare HR reports and support various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience supporting hourly employees and multi-shift operations preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
