We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining new client relationships, onboard new client projects, ensuring proper documentation is collected, and overall client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial contact with clients (new and existing) and maintain regular contact to keep projects moving at a steady pace. Draft and handle all paperwork and client inquiries during the initial phase of a new installation project (Onboarding). Efficiently communicate with adjacent DBS departments and management to best assist clients and keep projects on track. Ensuring all required documents are maintained properly for each project. Direct client to appropriate DBS department when necessary. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Maintain top-notch organization skills. Exceptional phone/email presence and etiquette. Ability to proactively manage pipelines and schedule in order to meet deadlines and client needs. Engauge with customers to build effective and long-term relationships.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills
