32714 Develops positive business relationships with team members and key stakeholders. Identifies risks proactively, diffuses issues, provides employee and management consultation, conducts investigations, and resolves conflicts. Manages and coaches the Employee Relations team to encourage continual development and awareness of employment law updates. Reviews the impact of the Employee Relations function and develops recommendations to address facility and organizational training needs. Provides vision and leadership to manage the Employee Relations function effectively. Ensures alignment of processes, communication, and policies with senior-level leaders across the organization. Records and analyzes Employee Relations data to identify trends and insights regarding employee issues and reports trends on a regular cadence. Presents deep-dive analytics to HR Business Partners to provide understanding around the drivers of team member behavior. Collaborates with Legal, HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Services teams to develop solutions for employee relations issues. Fosters a positive employee relations environment that drives engagement, inclusion, and ensures a harassment-free working environment. Serves as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues and investigations, utilizing strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation skills. Partners with HR leadership and the legal team to represent the organization in charge investigations and/or litigation cases. Other duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required [Required] Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience [Preferred]

Education:

Bachelor's [Required] Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Work Experience:

10+ of employee relations experience at a large-sized organization required, preferably in a healthcare environment [Required] 7+ of managerial experience required [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
