1001 North Lake Destiny Maitland, FL 32751 Develops and delivers leadership development programs to enhance professional growth. Contributes to the overall success of leadership development programs. Other duties as assigned. Tracks learning metrics and provides reporting to recommend improvements. Participates in coaching engagements with various leadership levels and emerging talent. Manages systems to organize and access talent information. Administers approved assessment instruments to support development. Educates leaders and employees on tools and resources for personal growth. Ensures learning solutions are effective and meet organizational needs. Collaborates with Learning, Leadership, and Talent Development partners. Facilitates experiential development plans and individual development activities. Interfaces with all levels of leadership to align learning solutions with organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills [Required] Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom [Required] Ability to implement blended learning strategies and instructional design methodologies including multi-media learning tools [Required] Senior-level presentation skills [Required] Detail-oriented, excellent planning/facilitation skills [Required] Superior organization skills [Required] Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously [Required] Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships [Required] Ability to think critically in developing practical solutions [Required]
