Growing Healthcare Services Organization | Full-TimeA rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a proactive and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of human resources operations. This role offers the opportunity to help build and enhance HR processes, drive key initiatives, support payroll and benefits administration, and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance HR programs, processes, and systems to align with organizational growth objectives.
Lead HR projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and policy development initiatives.
Oversee payroll reporting and administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, COBRA events, vendor coordination, and invoice auditing.
Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts, onboarding, and employee integration initiatives.
Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, helping to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Support performance management programs that drive engagement, accountability, and development.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support business decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information.
