Human Resources Specialist Location:
IRISS Headquarters, Bradenton, FL Reports to: Global HR Director Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role offers an opportunity to grow your HR career while helping deliver a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and interview scheduling. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation. Respond to employee inquiries and help maintain positive employee relations. Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in Paychex. Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts and performance reviews. Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Track and report on employee training and development activities. Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices. Proficiency in Paychex, including maintaining employee records and processing HR transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
