Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies through our recruitment platforms candidates. Oversee employee orientation programs to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences that promote engagement and retention. Develop and implement workforce management strategies by analyzing HR data using Excel data analysis techniques and HRIS systems like ADP. Administer benefits programs and coordinate payroll processing activities to ensure accurate compensation delivery while maintaining compliance with employment law and FMLA regulations. Drive change management initiatives by designing organization structures, succession planning, and training & development programs aligned with strategic planning goals. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while safeguarding confidential information. Ensure compliance with all employment & labor laws, affirmative action planning, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal standards across the organization. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of employment law in talent management. Extensive background in recruiting, personnel administration, benefits administration, and payroll processing using platforms. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, social media management for employer branding (Indeed and LinkedIn) Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining excellent communication skills across diverse teams. Experience implementing performance management strategies, training & development programs, and organization design initiatives that support business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—and data analysis to inform strategic HR decisions.
