Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a highly organized Human Resources Analyst to support Human Resources operations through reporting, project coordination, documentation management, and administrative support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation based on collected data. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and follow-up items are tracked effectively. Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation. Assist with presentations, meeting materials, and communications. Support HR and business operations programs, processes, and special projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, organize, and manage information as needed. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all work performed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, analyst, or support role in the Human Resources field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach. Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
