HR Generalist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee training, and development while contributing to various HR projects. Duties Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process to attract top talent. Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs efficiently. Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective data management. Collaborate on succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity within the organization. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or related fields. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively. Experience in training development and implementation. Proficiency in project management techniques to handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and best practices. Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems for efficient operations. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
