This role ensures every new agent knows how to use those resources effectively from day one. The Role Own the first 90 days of the new-agent experience. You'll onboard, train, and support agents across SERHANT. systems, technology, and processes—helping them become confident, self-sufficient, and fully integrated into the brokerage. Compensation Base Salary:
