Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a strong HR foundation and practical experience supporting HR systems, timekeeping, payroll, and HR operations, with a strong focus on data integrity. In this role, you'll blend traditional HR responsibilities with technical problem-solving, data management, and process improvement, all while helping ensure accurate, reliable HR operations across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving workflows, and serving as a key resource for HR systems and reporting. What You Will Do HRIS & Data Management Maintain, update, and audit employee data across HR systems Support timekeeping and payroll processes by validating data, correcting errors, and ensuring timely updates Run routine and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Excel, Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise or other system reporting tools Assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting Support HR projects, process improvements, and documentation updates Technical & Administrative Tasks Perform accurate data entry and maintain high data integrity Identify system issues and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to find a resolution Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times Required Qualifications Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree, or specialized courses/training equivalent to two years of college in Human Resources or a closely related field.
Closely related fields may include:
Business Administration Public Administration Organizational Development or Leadership Information Technology AND Two years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related area.
Closely related experience may include:
HRIS Timekeeping/Payroll Database Administration Compensation, benefits administration, or HR reporting/analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills for working with employees, leadership, and vendors. Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Kronos, UKG, NEOGOV, PDS Vista, or similar) Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll workflows Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) Basic SQL knowledge for queries and data troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work Schedule:
