We are not looking for someone to simply post jobs and process applications. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of recruiting, actively searches for great people, builds strong candidate relationships, keeps the hiring process moving, and helps us continuously improve how we attract, hire, onboard, and retain talent. This role is primarily focused on recruiting and human resources, with limited office and administrative support as needed. You will work closely with company leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, improve recruiting strategies, and help put the right people in the right positions. Duties Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage job postings across Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Proactively source qualified candidates instead of relying solely on incoming applications. Recruit for technicians, installers, sales positions, call center roles, leadership positions, and other company needs. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and identify strong candidates. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline, including relationships with potential candidates before positions become urgent. Keep open positions moving through consistent follow-up, urgency, and organization. Assist with offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and hiring documentation. Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and other recruiting KPIs. Develop new recruiting strategies when traditional job postings are not producing the talent we need. Help improve our employer brand and overall candidate experience. Human Resources Coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee's first day. Maintain accurate and organized employee records and required documentation. Assist with employee status changes, offboarding, PTO, attendance, and other HR-related records. Support leadership with employee communications, policies, procedures, and HR-related follow-up. Assist with benefits, workers' compensation, payroll documentation, and other HR processes. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information. Help create a professional, organized employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Limited Office & Administrative Support Recruiting and HR are the primary focus of this position.
Additional support may include:
Coordinating employee uniforms, equipment, tablets, and company-issued property. Assisting with company meetings, training, and employee events. Maintaining employee information across company systems. Supporting leadership with administrative follow-up and organized employee records.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
