Job Description Job Description About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) to support and strengthen our employee relations practices across the organization. This role will focus on handling employee relations cases, supporting performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and partnering with business leaders to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of balancing employee experience with business needs in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HRBP for employee relations matters across assigned business units or regions. Handle and investigate employee relations cases, including attendance, misconduct, policy violations, workplace conflicts, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions. Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal HR policies and procedures. Support and conduct internal investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions. Maintain and improve employee relations processes, SOPs, and documentation standards. Assist with policy interpretation and employee communication to ensure consistent application across teams. Collaborate with recruiting, operations, legal, payroll, and other cross-functional teams on employee lifecycle matters. Analyze employee relations trends and provide insights or recommendations to management. Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive workplace culture. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of HRBP, Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or related HR experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employee relations practices. Experience handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and sensitive employee issues. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
