Job Description

Our centers of excellence include Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute and Wolfson Children's Hospital. The HR Generalist at Baptist Medical Center Beaches & South is a key, front-facing member of the Human Resources Business Advisory team, providing HR support and employee relations guidance to employees and leaders across the hospital. This role supports human resources programs, policies, and processes while partnering with HR Business Advisors and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to promote a positive, efficient, and engaged workplace. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of general HR experience , including employee relations experience , with healthcare HR experience strongly preferred . This position provides an opportunity to work closely with hospital leaders and employees, address routine HR matters, support employee relations needs, and help ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
