$75,000 – $85,000 + discretionary bonus

Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management across office and field operations Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR policies Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational needs Qualifications for the
Human Resources Generalist:
5+ years of HR and payroll experience Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now Fluent bilingual Spanish/English Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, or other blue-collar workforces Bachelor's degree and/or
PHR/SPHR
