Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers Provide outstanding customer service and support regarding HR processes and procedures Assist with onboarding and welcoming new team members Maintain physical and electronic employee files while ensuring compliance and confidentiality Track employment documentation and assist with file audits Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations Assist with monthly new employee orientations Participate in community hiring events and job fairs Support employee engagement, wellness, and recognition activities Assist with recruiting and internet-based job posting platforms Complete administrative tasks with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail Support special projects and other People Experience initiatives as assigned What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of one (1) year of clerical, administrative, customer service, or related experience Strong verbal, written, and computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid Florida Driver's License Proof of Automobile Liability Insurance Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Human Resources functions Knowledge of internet recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems Experience coordinating events, orientations, or employee programs The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves helping people and creating positive experiences Stays organized and thrives when juggling multiple priorities Has a strong attention to detail and follows through on commitments Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times Is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn Takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency Brings energy, positivity, and a customer-service mindset to every interaction Grow Your Career with Us This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
