HR Generalist Salary:
$70,000 – $90,000+
Location:
Orlando, FL (Fully Onsite) Must be local to the Greater Orlando area

HR Generalist:
Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment activities Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Coordinate workers' compensation, leave administration, and related employee support programs Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS Utilize ADP for HRIS and payroll-related functions Support payroll processes and employee status changes Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and terminations Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR procedures Maintain HR reports, employee data, and tracking through Excel Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and HR-related concerns Partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce matters Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational effectiveness Qualifications for the
HR Generalist:
3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience Hands-on experience with benefits administration and employee relations required Experience supporting workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred Experience supporting an organization with 300+ employees preferred ADP experience strongly preferred Strong Excel skills and experience maintaining HR reporting and employee data Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure history Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Orlando, FL Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship EB-1195312156
