HR Generalist Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000+Location:

HR Generalist:
- Manage day-to-day HR activities for a workforce of 300+ employees
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate annual open enrollment
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy guidance
- Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and terminations
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting within ADP and Excel
- Partner with executive leadership on employee matters, compliance, and HR initiatives Qualifications for the
HR Generalist:
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Strong experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Experience supporting workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and HR compliance
- ADP experience preferred, along with strong Excel skills
- Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Orlando, FL and be local to the Greater Orlando area EB-7731719367
