Full Job Description Benefits:
Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Working Nurses Homecare is looking for an Human Resources Healthcare Specialist in Margate, FL to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. The candidate will support the HR department in duties like creating and maintaining employee files, processing employees' requests, and ensuring ongoing training and education to ensure that all healthcare personnel and office staff are equipped to provide the necessary services for patients who are in need of medical care in their home.
The position requires:
ability to work independently; initiative; dependability; confidentiality; teamwork; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and communication skills. Proficiency with KanTime is preferred. Requires a Masters Degree or above in Human Resources.
