Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and performance issues. Coach managers on HR policies, performance management, and employee development. Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Manage HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS updates. Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.Qualifications:
4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification preferred.Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
