They have 1,200 employees domestically and an additional 250 employees internationally. Job Description Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational design. Implement and support talent management programs, including performance management and leadership development. Lead organizational restructures, workforce optimization efforts, and reductions-in-force when needed. Analyze HR metrics and recommend actionable solutions to improve workforce effectiveness. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HRBP should have: 7+ years of experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or similar environments. 3+ years of leadership experience. Ability to work fully onsite in North Lauderdale, FL. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven skills in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
