Recruiting Specialist - NEOGOV Experience RequiredWe are looking for a skilled Recruiting Specialist to support ongoing hiring initiatives for an organization located in North Miami, Florida. This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple openings and working closely with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Previous hands-on experience using NEOGOV is required to be considered for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruiting efforts for a variety of administrative, professional, technical, and operational positionsPost and maintain employment opportunities using NEOGOVReview incoming applications and resumes to determine candidate qualificationsConduct initial candidate screenings and assist with identifying strong candidates for open positionsCoordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managersTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate recruiting records within NEOGOVSource prospective candidates through online job boards, professional networks, community organizations, career fairs, and other recruiting resourcesDevelop candidate pipelines to support both immediate and anticipated staffing needsMaintain consistent communication with applicants regarding interviews, next steps, and hiring updatesAssist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding coordinationWork closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruitment prioritiesEnsure recruiting activities and documentation follow established organizational and public-sector hiring proceduresSupport community outreach and recruiting initiatives to attract qualified applicants
