Ocala, FL
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - PLEASE READ
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join a local Chrysler dealership in Ocala. Candidates MUST have hands-on experience with ALL of the following: StarParts Catalog DealerCONNECT Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite (DMS) Chrysler dealership parts operations These are required qualifications for this position. Candidates without experience using StarParts, DealerCONNECT, and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite (DMS) will not be considered. About the Position The ideal candidate will have Chrysler/dealership parts experience, customer service skills, and the ability to work with both service technicians and retail customers. You will play an important role in helping the service and parts departments operate efficiently while ensuring customers and technicians receive the correct parts when they need them.
What Youll Do:
Work directly with service technicians and retail customers to identify and provide the correct parts needed for vehicle repairs. Use the StarParts Catalog to research and locate Chrysler parts. Utilize DealerCONNECT for dealership parts and service operations. Use Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite (DMS) to process and manage dealership transactions and information. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and dealership staff. Listen carefully to customer and technician needs, identify issues, and provide solutions. Help keep the parts department running smoothly, and accurately. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and locating parts. Process parts returns and return cores to manufacturers. Perform regular bin checks and help maintain accurate inventory. Maintain organized records and ensure parts are properly identified and stored. Support the service department by ensuring technicians have the parts necessary to complete repairs efficiently. Provide customer service while helping maximize parts department efficiency and profitability.
What Were Looking For:
REQUIRED
Previous Chrysler dealership parts experience. Experience using the StarParts Catalog. Experience using DealerCONNECT. Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite (DMS). At least 1 year of dealership parts/counter sales experience. Computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate dealership systems. Verbal and written communication skills. Listening, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Committed to a work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Employer has attendance policy Employer conducts background check, drug test and motor vehicle record check Parts catalog and parts lookup experience. Experience with inventory management, receiving, returns, and core processing. Previous experience working closely with automotive service technicians.
Important Qualification Notice:
This position requires candidates who can hit the ground running with Chrysler dealership parts systems. StarParts

+ Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite (DMS) experience are
REQUIRED.
This is no longer a position where training on these systems will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Potential Permanent Pay:
After 90 days, starting salary could be approximately $50,000/year, based on an hourly wage plus 1% of Gross Profit in commissions

Full time/
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM/ Saturday:
