Pay Range:

As a People Operations Generalist, you'll help ensure our team members have the resources, information, and support they need while strengthening the processes that keep our organization running smoothly. What You'll Do Support Team Members and People Operations:
Serve as a resource for team member questions and provide guidance on People Operations programs, policies, and processes. Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation while supporting day-to-day People Operations activities. Respond to unemployment claims and assist with other employment-related administrative requirements. Support company-wide People Operations initiatives designed to strengthen the team member experience and workplace culture.
Administer Benefits and Wellness Programs:
Support the administration of health and welfare benefits, including team member enrollments, changes, and ongoing questions. Assist with 401(k) enrollment and administration. Support wellness programs and initiatives that promote team member well-being. Help ensure benefit programs and related processes are administered accurately and consistently.
Manage Leave and Workers' Compensation:
Manage team member leave cases and coordinate required documentation, communication, and follow-up. Manage workers' compensation claims from initial reporting through ongoing case management and resolution. Partner with team members, managers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to support timely and effective case management. Maintain accurate records and help ensure compliance with applicable leave and workers' compensation requirements.
Strengthen Workplace Safety and Compliance:
Support compliance with applicable OSHA, DOT, employment, and workplace safety requirements. Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and programs. Monitor relevant employment law and regulatory updates and help incorporate changes into company practices. Support training and other initiatives designed to promote a safe, compliant workplace.
Support Training and Development:
Prepare and deliver supervisor skills training and workplace safety programs. Help identify opportunities to strengthen manager and team member knowledge of company policies, processes, and expectations. Support learning and development initiatives across the organization. Collaborate Across the
Business:
Partner with managers and team members to address questions, resolve issues, and support consistent People Operations practices. Build strong working relationships across departments and ETP's family of brands. Contribute to People Operations projects and initiatives that improve processes, compliance, engagement, and the overall team member experience.
What You Bring:
Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related role. Working knowledge of HR practices, employee benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and employment compliance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization. A solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle team member questions with professionalism and discretion. The ability to work collaboratively while independently managing assigned responsibilities and follow-through.
