This role involves partnering with leadership and staff to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and support a positive workplace culture. Position Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Assist with performance management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination. Training & Development Support employee training programs and professional development initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in HR generalist or related roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification. What the Role Offers Salary range: $75,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
